Most days, Trevor Cheek makes his living with a hockey stick in his hands. Somewhere along the way, that stick became a spatula — and Chef Cheeks was born.
No culinary school. No tiny portions. Just an athlete with a serious appetite, an unreasonable amount of confidence around a frying pan and a simple rule: healthy food should never taste like punishment.
He still shoots more pucks than food photos. But when the skates come off, dinner goes top shelf.
